1Introduction

2Eligibility

3Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are identified, bee999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Providing false information, particularly regarding your age, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bee999 will never contact you to ask for your password. You should not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact bee999 support immediately and change your password. bee999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

3.4 Account Verification

bee999 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable notice period may be restricted from withdrawals until documentation is provided.

4Deposits

bee999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bee999, though your payment provider may impose their own limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bee999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your bee999 account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are typically reflected quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• bee999 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bee999 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Deposited funds are available for betting and gaming purposes. Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance.
• bee999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is connected to suspected fraudulent activity, a chargeback dispute or a breach of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawals require identity verification to be completed on your account before the first withdrawal is processed. If verification has not been completed, submit the required documents before requesting a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• bee999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing time depends on your payment provider — Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• bee999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the relevant conditions are satisfied. Only cleared, real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bee999 system and appears in your bet history. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical issue, odds change or system error are not valid. It is your responsibility to check that your bet has been accepted before the relevant event begins.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event, as determined by the governing body or competition organiser. In the case of Cricket and PSL, results are based on the official scorecard. For Football and Esports, results are based on the official competition outcome at the time of the final whistle or match conclusion.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, or abandoned before a result is determined.
• Obvious pricing errors are identified — where odds were clearly published incorrectly due to a technical or human error.
• The bet was placed after the actual completion of the event (late bet).
• A player is found to have insider information or to have engaged in match-fixing related activity.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance. No winnings are paid on a voided bet.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and ODIs — is available on bee999. In-play odds change rapidly and it is possible that odds displayed may be slightly delayed due to data transmission. bee999 reserves the right to suspend or delay in-play markets during critical moments of a match. Bets accepted at confirmed odds will not be altered after acceptance, even if those odds were momentarily incorrect due to a delay.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

bee999 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulator combinations. These limits will be communicated within the platform. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

7Casino and Slot Games

bee999 offers a game lobby comprising slot games, live casino tables, table games and other casino-style products. The following rules apply to all casino and slot play on bee999:

• All slot games and casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by the relevant game supplier. bee999 does not alter game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's own internal completion logic. If the game cannot complete the round, the stake will be returned.
• Some games may not be available during bonus play or may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. This will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• bee999 reserves the right to add, remove or modify games in the lobby at any time without prior notice. The removal of a specific game title does not constitute grounds for a refund of previously played stakes.
• Playing strategies, betting systems or any automated software (bots) used in casino or slot games are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

8Bonuses and Promotions

bee999 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per player, per household and per payment method.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bee999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any associated balance forfeited:

• Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of a sporting outcome, or in any way connected with match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through any of the methods described in Section 8.
• Using bee999 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or chargeback a valid deposit after it has been used for betting or gaming purposes.

10Account Suspension and Closure

bee999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal use of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bee999 is not obligated to return any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after any pending withdrawals or open bets have been settled.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact bee999 support directly. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

11Responsible Gaming

• bee999 is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• bee999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses that result from account suspension or closure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet or casino game round, bee999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game and resolve the outcome fairly, but this process may take time and bee999's decision will be final.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
